On the Coast in Island Bay

After removing the existing worn corrugated iron roof we installed a new COLORSTEEL Maxx® 0.55 corrugated iron roof in colour Ebony. Maxx® was chosen for this project as this property is within 100 meters of the coastline. Maxx® has a special coating designed specifically for New Zealand’s extreme coastal conditions. We removed all redundant aerials and pipes from the roof to ensure the lowest number of penetrations in our client’s perfect new roof.
